Instructions:

For all recommendations/proposals, please complete the General Section of this form.
If you have a specific topic you would like to see addressed, please complete Section I (you do not need to complete an application as a presenter to recommend a topic or a speaker).

Speaker Information:

NATOA cannot reimburse expenses for speakers. Speakers must be willing to provide handouts for presentations in advance of the conference, and make copies available for attendees onsite. Speaker registration for the conference is complimentary only for the day in which the speaker is participating. Those interested in attending sessions on other days of the conference must register for those days.
